What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the billing details needed to process your purchase, along with any reference photo, avatar or notes you upload in the configurator. If you sign up for store updates, we collect your email address for that alone.

How we use it

Order and reference details are used only to build and deliver your emote pack, and to contact you about your order. Your email is only used to send store updates if you actively signed up for them - never sold or shared for marketing by anyone else.

Reference uploads

Photos, avatars and notes you upload are stored privately, linked to your order, and used only to create what you ordered.

Payment

Payment is handled by our payment provider at checkout. We don't store your full card details ourselves.

Cookies

The store uses standard cart and session cookies so your bag and checkout work correctly. No third-party advertising trackers are used beyond what's noted here.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
