Good to know

Questions, answered straight.

How do I receive my emotes?

You download them from your account. When your pack is ready we email you a link; log in, open the order and download every file (all 5 sizes, transparent PNG). Files stay in your account, so you can re-download any time.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free one is created at checkout. It is how you upload your reference photo, follow progress, review your emotes and download the finished files. Browsing the store never needs an account.

What happens after I pay?

You get a receipt and your account details by email. Then you upload your reference photo in your account (the poses you picked are already saved). We start drawing as soon as we have your materials.

How long does it take?

Your first version arrives within 3 days of us receiving your materials. We email you the moment it is ready.

How do revisions work?

Open your order, preview the emotes, and press Request changes with a note on what to adjust. Every pack includes up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. When you are happy, press Approve.

Can you work from my photo or avatar?

Yes. Your photo, avatar or character reference is the starting point. Upload up to 5 images (JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, 15 MB each) in your account after checkout.

How do I choose my poses?

Pick them by number from the 185+ pose catalogue in the configurator before checkout. You can still change them in your account until production starts.

Which currencies do you accept?

Prices are listed in US dollars and shown in your local currency when we support it: EUR, GBP, PLN, CAD, AUD, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, CZK and JPY. You can switch currency in the header. At checkout you pay in the currency you selected; everywhere else we charge in USD.

What is included in a pack?

Your chosen number of custom emotes as transparent PNGs in 28, 56, 112, 128 and 256 px, plus matching animated versions in animated and bundle packs. A commercial licence for Twitch, Discord, Kick and YouTube is included.

Your character. Your chat's next favourite reaction.

Pick your pack, choose your poses, upload your reference. Three days later, it's yours.
